Construction of the Pharma SOLIDA Launch Facility for Bayer (Leverkusen Chempark)
Investment: €275 million; 2019 – 2024
Comprehensive project management and control of a highly complex pharmaceutical, plant, and industrial construction project.
In the “New Launch Facility (SOL-1)” project at Bayer, I initially led the entire project procurement, later managed the facility package, and ultimately took overall project leadership. Responsibilities included managing and coordinating all trades and planning disciplines, schedule and cost management, interface and risk control, as well as regular reporting to the program management and steering committee.
I now bring this experience through Condots to new projects, serving owners, planners, and contractors as an independent sparring partner in comparable large-scale projects.
